Happy Tails is a small, privately-owned and operated dog poop scooping business started by Sarah, a homegrown local woman from Des Moines, WA.
With a background in auditing, I am meticulous by nature. I believe that the best way to serve others is from an authentic, detailed & caring mindset that offers excellent service to my clients. I also adore animals & love being outside; and I think fellow animal lovers are pretty cool, too.

Yes! We scoop in the rain.
Born and raised right here in the Puget Sound region, we at Happy Tails understand rain. If you see rain in the forecast, don’t worry! We’ve got your back in (mostly) any weather. As long as it is safe for our technicians to drive, and torrential weather or snow doesn’t block our access to your property, we will be there taking care of your yard.
In the rare case where a reschedule is needed, you can count on us to be at your home as soon as safety & circumstances allow for an effective service.

So, I built my business around giving you peace of mind.
While we are not veterinarians, we will keep a watchful eye on your dog’s waste and communicate with you if we see anything different than your pet's normal waste. We’ll have photos available upon request if we notice worm activity. Additionally, we offer complimentary fecal sample retrievals for our pack members if you give us 24 hour notice before your regular service. (Otherwise, a small trip fee applies.)
