Please read the following Terms of Service carefully before you agree to dog waste removal services from Happy Tails Waste Removal LLC.

  • Happy Tails Waste Removal LLC is an independently owned and operated business (“us,” “we” or “our”) that provides pet waste removal services to residences, businesses and commercial properties. You (“client”) agree to the following terms of service (“Terms”) that govern the sales and services provided by us (“Services”). By hiring us for Services, you agree to and are bound by these Terms.

    The client understands our ability to provide Services may be dependent upon certain conditions: weather, grass height, yard debris, access to your yard, and other unknown outside influences. Access to the client’s yard remains the client’s responsibility.

  • Happy Tails Waste Removal LLC offers residential and commercial pet waste removal services.

    These services include One Time Clean, Weekly Cleaning, and Every Other Week Cleaning, among other Services. All pricing is based on area size, type of yard, and number of dogs. In some instances, additional charges will apply.

  • By signing up for services, the client agrees to receive job-related communication by text message. It is the client’s responsibility to maintain up-to-date contact information with Happy Tails Waste Removal.

    The client understands that if Happy Tails Waste Removal LLC can’t access the area/bucket needing to be cleaned due to locked/blocked gates, dogs in the yard, unsafe conditions, or any other reason outside Happy Tails' control, the service will be skipped and charges will still apply. Happy Tails Waste Removal LLC suggests adding gate combinations or lock keys to your file to avoid locked gates. If the client requests we come back before the next scheduled service, a Return trip fee will be added to the client’s invoice.

    Refunds will not be issued in the rare event that the yard cannot be accessed.

  • We require dogs to be safely kept inside before we will enter the yard, especially during our first visits, or any time that you are not home. As each dog gets more used to our presence, we may feel comfortable scooping the yard with the dog nearby. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis. For the safety of our technicians, if we feel a dog is being aggressive and/or their protective nature is possibly unsafe for the technician, we will require that the dog remain inside for each visit. Failure to secure your dog inside may result in incomplete services. We may also require the client to confirm via text that the yard is safe to enter.

    The client assumes full responsibility and liability for all damages and medical expenses if a dog bite or other such incident occurs. Happy Tail’s approval of a dog’s presence in the yard during service does not remove client’s liability.

    Please also make sure all other members of your household are aware of these rules when we are present in your yard.

    Refunds will not be issued in the rare event that the yard cannot be accessed or service completed due to safety concerns.

  • We will always do our best to clean your yard the best that we can. We understand that maintaining your yard is time consuming & weather dependent, and it may not always be in ideal shape. The client understands that it can be very difficult to find dog waste in tall grass, in/around leaves, in difficult-to-access landscaping, or with other debris present. If we cannot see or safely reach the waste, we may not be able to pick it up. If any of these conditions apply when we come, there may be some dog waste that is missed. We will be back on our next scheduled visit and will get anything that was missed if yard maintenance has been completed.

    If you find an excessive amount that we missed, please let us know as soon as possible.

  • Happy Tails Waste Removal LLC will work through any weather as long as we can safely do so. The client understands we cannot work through severe thunderstorms, high winds, extreme high or low temperatures, icy roads, flooding, or an accumulation of snow.

    Happy Tails Waste Removal LLC is a MONTHLY subscription service. We do not offer refunds for missed weeks due to weather. Therefore in these cases, we may be required to skip service for that week, and see you the following appointment. If the weather clears enough for all roads to your property to be safe, and we are able to get out to you before your next appointment, an attempt will be made. A refund will not be issued as we still have to pick up all of the dog waste that would have been scooped the prior appointment. If you need the area cleaned before your next scheduled service, please call us and we will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee it.

    Additionally, we do not want to tear up your yard in any way. If it is very muddy, we may skip your yard (or sections in your yard) and wait until the next scheduled visit when things have dried out.

  • Happy Tails Waste Removal LLC does not provide services on the following holidays:

    Memorial Day

    Independence Day

    Labor Day

    Thanksgiving / Thanksgiving Friday

    Christmas Eve / Christmas

    New Year’s Day

    If your pick up day falls on one of these days, we will skip service that week and pick up the following week. There are no refunds for a missed pick up, as we still have to do the work and pick up the full amount of dog waste from the week prior.

    We reserve the right to shut down operations fully between December 23 and January 2 each year. You will be billed at your normal monthly rate unless you scoop your yard fully during our shut down.

  • Happy Tails Waste Removal LLC bills monthly for our service. Your account will be charged on the 1st of the month for service that month. We’ll send out a reminder a few days before each billing. If your card is declined, we will discontinue service immediately until the issue has been resolved. If more than 3 weeks have passed since your last clean up, an Initial Cleaning fee will be applied. We will only pause service for periods of 30 days. If service does not resume after the 30 day period you will be removed from the schedule.

    One Time Cleanings will be billed directly after the service has been completed. Payment is due within 24 hours. If payment becomes more than 30 days late, Happy Tails Waste Removal LLC reserves the right to apply a late fee. Payments over 60 days due will be turned over to collections.

    No contracts. Cancel at any time.

  • The following are some items we charge extra for:

    -Rinsing/sanitizing or deodorizing dog waste from decks/patios/sidewalks/turf

    -Return trip request due to locked gates/loose dogs

    -Cleaning rock/pebbled/wood chip areas

    -Waiting: If we are required to wait onsite over 10 minutes to perform your cleaning

    -Late payment fee: $10 may be added to each bill that is late. Payment is due the 1st of each month. Invoice becomes late at the first service or on the 6th of each month, whichever is earlier

  • By agreeing to these Terms, you grant Happy Tails Waste Removal LLC permission to use your yard or dog’s likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration. You understand and agree that all these materials will become our property and will not be returned.

    You hereby irrevocably authorize us to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos for any lawful purpose. We will do our best to preserve privacy by blurring out etc, identifying house numbers, tag information, or other identifiable information. In addition, you waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein your yard or pet(s)’ likeness appears. Additionally, you waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photo(s).

    You hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge Happy Tails Waste Removal LLC from all claims, liabilities, demands, and causes of action which you, your heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on your behalf or on behalf of your estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.

  • We may collect personal information from you on our Site or through any other digital or personal communication with you. Information collected by us is voluntarily provided by you and may include information such as your name, email address, phone number, and physical address, etc. Our Site may collect general information about the service you are requesting such as the type of property and area to be serviced, the type and number of pets you have, and general information about your pet’s behavior.

    We collect information about you in order to provide you with our services. We use personal information about our users for a variety of purposes related to our business.

    Your information is for Happy Tails Waste Removal LLC use only. We will never sell your information. No information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

    We may provide user information to third-party service providers or vendors for purposes of, including without limitation, processing your payments or sending information to you, data tracking, maintenance or development of our system. In very rare occasions, we may also be required by law to share your personal information in connection with law enforcement requests or in response to investigations, subpoenas, court orders, or other legal processes to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims or as otherwise required by law.

    Privacy Policy

    Your phone number will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

  • Happy Tails Waste Removal LLC provides the above Services to you subject to the Terms, which may be amended from time to time without notice to you. Amendments will be effective upon our posting of such updated Terms to our website. We recommend you visit the Site to review any changes in our practices. Your continued use of our services shall constitute acceptance to any changes to the Terms. Some of the provisions contained in these terms of use may also be superseded by provisions or notices published elsewhere on our website or in documents sent directly to you in the regular course of business.

  • In the event any provision of these Terms are determined to be void or unenforceable, such determination shall not affect the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue to be in force.
